Hydraulic Power Units (HPU): From a 12v lift gate HPU to a multi pump Veneer Lathe & Charger HPU, we can fulfill your needs. We can build custom HPUs to your specifications or standard HTS designs to meet flow, pressure, filtration, cooling and safety requirements.
High Flow Return Filters: We have been manufacturing high flow filter housings for many years. The housing inlet and outlet ports can be customized to fit your application! HTS offers three sizes of these housing 100 6PM, 200 6PM, and 300 6PM
Repair Center
Years of experience set us apart from the competition. Competent technicians will tear-down and evaluate all repairs before the job is started. You will be given the option to repair or replace the component. Once the parts arrive the assembly and testing stage will take place. Paint and Identification tag is applied to the completed repair.
In-house testing is necessary and demanded to make sure the product is leak-free and ready to perform up to your demands. HTS has a 220 HP Diesel Powered Test Bench that allows us to test large hydrostatic pumps and other high performing components. Cylinders, Pumps, Motors and Valves are repaired on a daily basis. We are ready to earn your business.
Installation and Troubleshooting
We have a fleet of fully equipped service trucks, state of the art diagnostic equipment and service personnel with many years experience in troubleshooting hydraulic systems. We understand that down time can be devastating to your company’s profitability. HTS will do whatever we can to get you back up and running in a timely manner.
We can also test your system for optimum performance, insuring that you are getting all that your system is capable of and reducing wasted horsepower (in the form of heat generation). We are happy to work with your maintenance people to help them better understand & maintain your hydraulic systems.

Whether it is a single piece of tube, a complete system installation or replacing defective piping in your system, HTS has the personnel, equipment, knowledge and many years of experience to meet your needs. We can fabricate tube or pipe assemblies from your drawings and ship to your facility for assembly or we can come to your facility and do the layout, fabrication and installation on site. We are able to quote your project from your drawings or description.
